What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at support@shigora.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within India. Metro cities may receive orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders across India. COD is available for orders up to ₹50,000. Additional COD charges may apply based on your location.
How can I track my order?
