Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.

6.3 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
