4. Return & Replacement Policy

4.1 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered (different from order)
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Product not matching the description on website
  • Manufacturing defects discovered within 7 days

Replacement Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@shigora.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number, product details, and photos/videos showing the defect or damage
  3. Our team will verify your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the defective product at no cost to you
  5. Replacement product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after pickup

Important Conditions:

  • Product must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Product should not show signs of usage beyond inspection
  • Original invoice/bill must be provided
  • Replacement is subject to product availability. If unavailable, full refund will be issued

4.2 3-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for specific product categories.

Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind (size, color, style not suitable)
  • Product not meeting expectations (non-defective)
  • Accidental duplicate orders

Return Process:

  1. Initiate return request within 3 days of delivery
  2. Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  3. Self-ship the product to our warehouse address provided in the return confirmation email
  4. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

Note: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) to customer support.
