4. Return & Replacement Policy
4.1 7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered (different from order)
- Missing parts or accessories
- Product not matching the description on website
- Manufacturing defects discovered within 7 days
Replacement Process:
- Contact our customer support at support@shigora.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number, product details, and photos/videos showing the defect or damage
- Our team will verify your request within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the defective product at no cost to you
- Replacement product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after pickup
Important Conditions:
- Product must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Product should not show signs of usage beyond inspection
- Original invoice/bill must be provided
- Replacement is subject to product availability. If unavailable, full refund will be issued
4.2 3-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for specific product categories.
Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind (size, color, style not suitable)
- Product not meeting expectations (non-defective)
- Accidental duplicate orders
Return Process:
- Initiate return request within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Self-ship the product to our warehouse address provided in the return confirmation email
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after quality check
Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Items:
