How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within India. Express shipping delivers in 1-3 business days. Shipping time may vary based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services internationally. Stay tuned for updates!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using this number on our courier partner's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5 working day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I exchange a product?
To exchange a product, contact our support team within 5 working days of delivery. We'll arrange a pickup and send you the replacement item once we receive the original product.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For size/color exchanges or change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Are your bags made of genuine leather?
Yes, all Shigora bags are crafted from premium quality genuine leather with attention to detail and superior craftsmanship.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Keep your bag away from water and direct sunlight. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use leather conditioner occasionally to maintain its quality. Store in a dust bag when not in use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. Cash on Delivery is available for select locations.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes, absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
How do I create an account?

Can I change my order after placing it?
